iOS 11.0.3 Is Available, Here’s How To Upgrade

A few days ago, Apple released iOS 11.0.3 to the public to squash a few bugs that were in the previous update.

This update was released to fix an issue some iPhone 7 and 7 Plus users were experiencing with the
audio and haptic feedback not working and the issue that made the iPhone 6S display unresponsive to touch at times.

Here’s the official release note for iOS 11.0.3:

iOS 11.0.3 includes bug fixes for your iPhone or iPad.

This update:

  • Fixes an issue where audio and haptic feedback would not work on some iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus devices
  • Addresses an issue where touch input was unresponsive on some iPhone 6s displays because they were not services with genuine Apple parts

Note: Non-genuine replacement displays may have compromised visual quality and may fail to work correctly. Apple-certified screen repairs are performed by trusted experts who use Apple parts. See support.apple.com for more information.

Apple has been rolling out iOS 11.1 betas to developers and public beta testers for the past several days. The update includes new emoji characters and a few other features. Apple is expected to release the complete version of iOS 11.1 by the end of the month.
